As someone who is passionate about providing access to knowledge and healthcare, Dr Izzy is currently working on developing meaningful solutions to address the accessibility issue to education and management for perimenopause and menopausal patients in Australia.

A condition that:

  • Contributes to women accounting for 75% of fragile hip fractures and over 60% of Alzheimer cases
  • A 3-fold increased risk for development of type 2 diabetes
  • Has been quantified to cost women $17 billion dollars a year in lost supa contributions and earnings Menopause: a 17 billion dollar problem
  • Contributes to increased rate of facial ageing and decline in quality of life due to decline of essential sex hormones: oestrodiol, progesterone and in some women, testosterone.

Further to this, Dr Izzy works with high performance individuals to help with integration of wearables, lifestyle management, optimisation of recovery protocols and improving day to day outcomes.

Dr. Izzy is a highly experienced cosmetic physician who has been practising in Melbourne since 2021. Having performed over 10,000 treatments, she has a special interest in regenerative aesthetic medicine. Her approach focuses on reactivating the body's own cells and providing the building blocks necessary to reverse damage and prompt tissue recovery and improvement.

Her Ethos: Regenerate > Augmentation

At the core of Dr. Izzy’s philosophy is a commitment to addressing the cellular impact of ageing and illness. She believes in supporting the body to restore its natural appearance of health and vitality. Honouring each patient's individuality, her ultimate goal is seamless results. Rather than looking like they have "had work done," her patients simply receive compliments on 'looking well'.

Clinical Approach & Treatments

Specialising in both male and female facial aesthetics, particularly for patients over the age of 35, Dr. Izzy frequently employs a multimodal approach. She prioritises patient comfort by minimising the number of treatments required, believing that a truly skilled physician achieves outstanding, long-term outcomes in the fewest sessions possible. This is achievable when patients are balanced internally to support treatment of external changes.

Her comprehensive clinical toolkit includes:

  • Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF)
  • PDO threads
  • Biostimulators
  • Hormonal and metabolic optimisation
  • Supplement optimisation
  • At home treatment with medical grade skin care, LED therapy and collagen stimulating therapies
  • Neuromodulators addressing imbalanced facial muscle groups
  • Hydrating treatments to address age related dehydration of the extracellular matrix

Education & Professional Memberships

Dr. Izzy is an active member of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA) and the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM), where she is currently completing her Cosmetic Physician Fellowship. She also holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the University of South Wales, completed with High Distinction in 2025.

For Dr Izzy, regenerative aesthetic medicine is the intersection of internal physiological states driving changes in ones appearance. The face that we wear to society is the one that represents our capacity, Dr Izzy takes great joy in helping patients balance the changes of ageing without the loss of vitality.

We all get older. Might as well look healthy and awesome while doing it.

Apart from a mouthful, Veritas Identitas is latin for Truth Identity.

For Dr Izzy, her approach to considering a patient and their journey, regardless of stage is based around the concept of identity. At the core of one's contentment, is identity coherance.

Identity is accepted to be comprised of 3 components biological, psychological and spiritual (BPSS model).

Dr Izzy believes that an individuals aesthetic must be considered as a 4th domain.

Dissonance between the individuals internal projection of themselves and the external, visible self can contribute to destabilisation of sense of self/self esteem and friction points when socialising. Aesthetic medicine is often still considered taboo and vanity, however to appear vital, healthy and capable takes effort and understanding. Just as mental and physical health cant be taken for granted.

The remaining domains of identity are define as:

  • Biological: internal medicine and physiology
  • Psychological: self awareness, self care, mindfulness, positive relationships
  • Spirituality: purpose, community, connectedness to nature

This consideration of the individual means Dr Izzy is curious about you and your experience rather than you as your illness.

Having capacity is a skillset that comes from being able to understand and experience what being healthy is, how to recognise when your system is imbalanced (infections, injuries, burnout, poor lifestyle choices etc) and how to correct the deviation.

Having capacity means that you are able to be present and contribute positively to your community (family and friends), environment and work place.

Identity is the guide to being able to live a life that is authentic.

For those who are unable to be a patient Dr Izzy's clinic but want access to quality supplements that are targeted and effective.

What is the problem with supplements?

The supplement industry is largely unregulated in Australia and Globally.

Many over-the-counter products contain:

  • Unnecessary or harmful excipients (fillers, binders, dyes, stabilisers)
  • For those with the MTHFR gene, all supplements selected are methylated. No more cyanide on your b12! (cynocobalamine)
  • Doses that exceed safe physiological limits, increasing the risk of accumulation and toxicity over time
  • Inferior or biologically problematic forms of nutrients (for example, vitamins bound to molecules the body must detoxify rather than utilise)

This year I have seen over 10 B6 toxicities within my clinic from patient selected supplements, 2 of them had pathological changes to their nerves and their anxiety. Wash out period for B6 is up to 30 days, many of the over the counter supplements:

Multivitamins, B complete vitamins, antianxiety supplements contain Toxic levels of B6, hydralate and electrolyte mixes!

Within Australia the TGA has now initiated a task force to address this problem. But the products still line our shelves in our pharmacies and online.

B6 Crackdown Australia

This service is for those who are unable to see me in my personal clinic but are fed up buying supplements online without understanding the ingredients or the dosages. That's not a problem for you to solve on your own.

My services will be most helpful to those who are interested in:

- energy, sleep and mood optimisation.

For example: Anxious? L theanine can help as it is a precursor to our neurotransmitter GABA which is responsible for our vagal or 'rest and digest pathway'. This can be further augmented by magnesium glycinate to achieve relaxation within the body.

Please fill out the form on the website to get your basic stack started.

5 Supplements will be prescribed to address the essentials. After the first month of treatment you will provide feedback and we will adjust your stack, all from the comfort of your home.

I would recommend considering and building the following:

1. Daily stack: of 5 supplements that supports your: sleep, mood, metabolic, energy and mobility

2. Targeted stacks: these are those with inefficiencies around sinusitis, infections, low energy or more intense mood/anxiety experiences that require greater focus. These are leveraged on a daily to weekly basis depending on the trigger. I.e travelling over seas and always get sinusitis? you would start the protocol 3 days before and during travel.

What this process is designed to do

  • Ensure supplements are appropriate, necessary, and evidence-based
  • Avoid toxic excipients and poorly tolerated nutrient forms
  • Prevent cumulative overdosing of nutrients that can build up in the body over time
  • Match dose, form, and timing to your individual physiology and health goals
  • Integrate supplements safely alongside medications, hormones, or existing conditions

What this process is not

  • A generic “one-size-fits-all” supplement list
  • A replacement for food, sleep, or foundational health behaviours
  • A sales funnel for unnecessary products

  • This is does not allow access to prescribed medications such as antibiotics.

Who this is suitable for

  • Individuals aged 20–70 seeking a safer, more intelligent approach to supplementation
  • People who have previously experienced side effects from supplements
  • Those taking multiple products and wanting to reduce risk and overlap
  • Patients who value long-term neurological, metabolic, and hormonal safety

I am tired of people spending top dollar on something that is required to replace our declining nutritional levels in our food. These are basic essentials and should be cost effective.

This service is for the basics, this will not replace the role of a naturopath or integrative doctor for those with complex conditions.
